On January 26, 2013, three women staff members of Argonne’s Nuclear Engineering Division joined with other members of the American Nuclear Society (ANS) Chicago Chapter, plus other area professionals, to present a Junior Girl Scout Workshop, “Atomic Fission Fun with the American Nuclear Society,” held at the Illinois Institute of Technology’s Rice Campus in Wheaton, Ill. The event was a success and was featured in the January-February Issue of the “ANS News” Newsletter, which offers a detailed account of the workshop.
