NUCLEAR DATA AND MEASUREMENTS REPORTS

Information on the Nuclear Data and Measurements Series Reports and Related Material

Reports in the Argonne National Laboratory Nuclear Data and Measurements Series (commonly known as Argonne nuclear data "Blue Backs" because of the light blue cover used for these reports) present results of studies in the field of microscopic nuclear data. These reports cover the period 1973 - Present. The primary objective of the Series is the dissemination of information in the comprehensive form required for nuclear technology applications. This Series is devoted to:

  1. measured microscopic nuclear parameters,
  2. experimental techniques and facilities employed in measurements,
  3. the analysis, correlation and interpretation of nuclear data, and
  4. the compilation and evaluation of nuclear data.

Contributions to this Series are reviewed to assure technical competence and, unless otherwise stated, the contents can be formally referenced. This Series does not supplant formal journal publication, but it does provide the more extensive information required for technological applications (e.g., tabulated numerical data) in a timely manner.

Each of the reports listed below was scanned from a printed copy of the original document and was subsequently assembled into an individual file in Portable Document Format (PDF) which can be read using Adobe Acrobat Reader software. This software can be downloaded free of charge from the World Wide Web from Adobe Systems Incorporated. If you already have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer system, you can access a complete individual PDF document file for viewing, printing, or downloading or, alternatively simply view the abstract as an abbreviated PDF file.

Additional material in the form of text files (*.txt) or program executable files (*.exe) is also provided in conjunction with the PDF files (*.pdf) for some of the listed reports. This material can be downloaded via the links provided. The executable files (*.exe) provided can be run only on an IBM PC platform in the DOS operating system mode or in a PC DOS Window in the Windows 3.1, Windows 95, Windows 98, or Windows 2000 operating system mode. The text files (*.txt) can be viewed with a text editor.
