Registration

The Workshop will be held on April 14-16, 2011 at the Physics Division Auditorium, Building 203 at Argonne National Laboratory.

Registration Form

Conference registration form (Word or PDF) must be filled out by all conference attendees and returned by March 30, 2011 to Jeannie Glover ( ) or fax (630-252-2864). The registration fee of $40 will be accepted in cash ONLY at the beginning of the workshop and it will cover the dinner on April 14, 2011. When you arrive at the Argonne Visitor Center, you must present a photo I.D., such as a driver's license or passport.

Foreign National Access Request Form

Argonne's Foreign National Access Request form (Word or PDF) – this form MUST be filled out by ALL foreign nationals who plan to attend the meeting and who are NOT current ATLAS users. It MUST be returned by March 30, 2011 to Jeannie Glover () or fax (630-252-2864).

Presentations by participants

We invite all participants who wish to present their work or to elaborate on specific physics interests and needs at the CARIBU decay station to submit a short abstract. A template form (Word) must be filled and returned by March 30, 2011 to Jeannie Glover (). Contributions will be selected for oral presentations during the Friday afternoon session on April 15, 2011.
